Introducing Lisa Coots Schooley, an accomplished entrepreneur with 30 years of experience. She owned Davis Photography in Vinton from 1995 to 2010 and then established Splurge Boutique + Photography in Cedar Rapids from 2010 to 2017 where she sold her business to pursue a consulting/coaching business and discovered the wonderful world of real estate. 

She wants her clients' journeys to be worry-free and truly unforgettable. She recognizes that every experience is unique and excels at crafting that clients will treasure for years to come. The referrals she earns from delighted clients are a testament to her unwavering dedication to excellence and the lasting impact she creates. With confident and personalized approach, Lisa guarantees that every detail is meticulously handled, empowering her clients to fully enjoy their experiences.

She resides in Marion with her husband, Mike and 2 Shih Tzus Murphy and Sasha. They have raised 2 amazing kids in Marion, both have flown the nest, but love to come home for visits.
